Welcome to my website!

I am an Associate Professor of Operations Management at Seoul National University. My research broadly focuses on eliciting decision-makers’ preferences and utilities based on their past decision data and optimizing service operations under uncertainty and parameter ambiguity. I am particularly interested in the application of inverse optimization, robust optimization, dynamic programming, and game theory to improve the efficiency and stability of healthcare operations, and to design socially responsible service operations by coordinating the preferences of different stakeholders and promoting fairness and access to care.

Research Interests
  • Decision-making preference elicitation via inverse optimization
  • Designing outreach care programs for vulnerable and underserved populations
  • Incentive design to promote equitable care/service practices
  • Knowledge-based trade-off analysis and optimization in cancer treatment design
